Create a new poster

Users need to create a new tech poster before taking other actions, such as data generation, tech offer generation, Licensing, and others.

1. Click on the Create A Post button and select Technology Offer type.
2. Fill inventions's essential information (e.g., Poster Name, TRL, and etc).
