IP Synchronization

After generating, updating, and verifying the marketing materials, customers can synchronize the desensitized section contents into the Universal IPCP for commercialization purpose.

Synchronize IP

Open an existing IP record.
Publish this IP if it is not in the published status.
Press the Sync button and select the essential sections.
Go to the Universal IPCP, add more essential information and publish this IP asset.

⚠️ CAUTION

Only the major manager and institute admin can synchronize IP assets.
Before synchronizing sections from Enterprise IPMS, please ask the institute admin to create accounts with the same email in the Universal IPCP.
